Description

“Pareidolia” refers to the mind’s tendency to perceive familiar patterns in random shapes. This painting captures that concept through abstract forms and vivid imagery. The figure on the left is defined by a brain-like shape of clouds, either in a night sky or reflected on a calm sea, and dressed in the silhouette of the urban skyline. The figure on the left has one tear streaming down her face as she becomes enveloped in and defined by the landscape of grass and flowers.
